Duff Law & Mediation PLLC is a full services ADR firm that provides mediation and arbitration services. The firm is owned by Candace Duff, Esq. - a a certified Florida Civil Circuit mediator and a Florida Supreme Court qualified arbitrator who is listed on the American Arbitration Association's Construction and Commercial rosters and is a certified mediator for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the Middle District of Florida.

We provide virtual and in person mediation and arbitration services throughout the state of Florida.  The firm specializes in Construction, Commercial, Insurance, Condominium, Employment and Product Liability Disputes. We mediate and arbitrate all types of real property, insurance, and commercial disputes but we specialize in Construction, Commercial and Insurance disputes.

Yes! We conduct both in person and online mediations and arbitrations throughout the state of Florida.

We charge $400.00 an hour unless there are 3 or more parties involved in which case the fee is $450.00 an hour. Also, we charge a four hour minimum.  Each party is responsible for 1/2  (or their proportionate share) of the mediation or arbitration fee.  We do not charge travel time for in person mediation and arbitration conferences in Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach County.
